Kennebunkport, Maine

I just returned from the loveliest vacation in Maine and am very excited to share some of my trip photos with you.

Considering the perfectly gorgeous weather, gracious accommodations at our sweet + petite cottage, and the ability to ride cute beach cruisers just about everywhere, I am not sure we could have asked for a better getaway.

Kennebunkport, Maine
June 2013

If you ever have the opportunity to visit this special town, pay all of these great establishments a visit:

The Cottages at Cabot Cove - there is not one thing I did not like about this darling collection of cottages, all uniquely decorated and completely private... I would stay here again for the landscaping and hand delivered breakfast alone!

Sipping, Eating & Sunsetting
The Clam Shack  - perfect for a casual lobster roll or clam chowder lunch.
The Colony Hotel
- wonderful for poolside cocktails and Atlantic views.
Stripers Waterside at the Breakwater Hotel - start with a glass of wine on the lawn and move inside for a fantastic dinner.
Hurricane Restaurant - excellent place in town for a nice dinner, even if you end up eating in the handsome bar area area like we did!

Spaces Kennebunkport
- perfect for gifts, fancy nautical bracelets, and special goodies for the home.
Daytrip Society - Maine essentials in abundance! With everything from Sea Bags to striped sailor tees and Armor-Lux Espadrilles to vintage books, this was my favorite shopping stop on the trip.
