Park Avenue Classic Nine
There are gut renovations and then there are gut renovations. When our clients asked us to join their team in pursuit of creating their dream apartment, we were thrilled to work closely with their wonderful architect and contracting teams to take this estate condition apartment down to the support beams to create their distinctive new space. A true soup-to-nuts project, we felt honored to work alongside this kind couple to select everything from the tile and plumbing to the furnishings and art curation to the custom tissue box covers and guest towels.
