Prewar Revamp

Featured in Better Homes & Gardens January & February 2023

A significant leak in our clients’ kitchen prompted a renovation they had long been considering. In an effort to make lemonade out of lemons, they took the opportunity to reconsider the flow of not only the unique kitchen and home office (formerly a staff room) layout, but the remainder of the apartment. Subtle flow changes allowed them to create a comfortable true third bedroom for their youngest son. We were tasked with assisting with the renovation and a cheerful redecoration plan to create a cohesive, livable, and happy home for this young family. Fun fact: we worked in fifteen wallpaper designs in this pattern-driven space.
