In fortuitous twist of fate, the apartment next door became available just as our clients were considering additional space for their family. We instantly connected with these homesick Texans over our shared roots (fun side note - their chatty “Howdy” tile pattern won them a feature in the WSJ), love of good storytelling through beloved objects, and a deeply ingrained need to create a comfortable home. We assisted these clients with their full apartment redecoration plan in tandem with their renovation. It was a joy to mix old and new, traditional with contemporary, and re-imagine their once cozy space as it transformed into a deeply personal family home.
