Upper East Side Pied-à-Terre
Designed as a special home away from home for an adventurous family currently living abroad, this apartment underwent an extensive renovation and a full-scale decoration plan. Our goal during this process was to honor the pre-war charm, sensitively return the home to its former glory, and layer in modern comforts, functional storage, and the personal character that makes designing your home so much fun! Keeping their young children in mind, we ensured the design remained flexible, functional, and family-friendly.
Fun Fact: The botanicals you see over the living room sofa were won at auction from a Mario Buatta-decorated home.
